Had this delivered right on time buns were old and crispy on the edges bacon cheese tots cold and dry milkshakes are small for a large and a bit expensive Myself and my daughter ate one Krystal burger each and throughout 8 tater tots whent in trash alsoMy daughter liked it we had apple pie and milkshakes for dinner

good food need to clean up lobby

Krystal is always great for a quick meal but was there for a stranded Ford edge owner that was still 2 hours from home. Was able to get a mother and daughter travelers taken care of.

Poor service an attitude for asking for the food on menu we out of this out of that I mean come on

Bread was soggy. Not "normal" Krystal soggy, so soggy I had to remove the bottom bun. Also not very clean and probably 85 degrees inside. Cashier was nice though.

Great folks work @ Athens, Krystal. Great experience. Customers are clearly appreciated.

The stars are for the food. It was pretty good. I stopped for breakfast (drive thru), and the service was poor. Extremely slow even though no one was in front of me. Took my money and disappeared. I finally had to pull window open and ask another employee how much longer on my food. She disappeared into the back for a minute and then came back in and said they were making it now. Do not plan to grab a quick breakfast at this location. It is too bad, too. I like Krystal breakfast, but cannot deal with the terrible service.

The line was so long and it took forever to get the food. I think there were only 2 workers.

I generally like the food here at this fastfood restaurant i have zero complaints about food, but today the service was terrible. I pulled into the drive thru and sat for atleast a couple of minutes with no response from anybody inside so i decided they must have intercom issues, so then i just went inside to order my breakfast, after going inside i again waited for a couple of minutes (which was no problem, because i could tell they were short staffed) and when the lady working the front register finally made it up to the front she said some really rude things (i think it was directed to other employees) and was slamming stuff down on the counter, i then realized that she must have been overwhelmed and couldnt handle the stress of normal fastfood workplace, i then left and got my meal elsewhere, because i didnt appreciate her attitude towards employees or customers

Didn't wait long even though it's currently drive-thru only & was really busy. Fast & friendly staff!

My wife works there and she's a good worker plus they got great Burgers they remind me of White Castle yummy

Krystal is a little nostalgic to me. Growing up in Alabama and moving to the northeast where there are no Krystals. Every time we come to Alabama we always stop and it is always a great experience and reminder of earlier times. Sweet tea is amazing. The Krystal melt in your mouth. attentive order taker who got our few changes to the normal correct and with a smile.

All of the tables were clean, the restroom was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The food was Krystal's food, tasted good and I am sure met Krystal's standards.

The service was slow. The restaurant floors were dirty including the restrooms. The food was not hot. The fries tasted like they were freezer burnt. The health score was an 88 that was noticed later. I would not recommend stopping here unless they clean up the place.

Good Food, terrible Service. Had 2 orders had to wait on first order them ask for items left out in drive thru. Rudely given items then after we left realized we had NO napkins. Service was a 1 Star Only

Great senior citizen discount the hamburgers was good and not soggy the staff was very friendly bathrooms was very clean the dining rooms were clean

Like Krystal s for breakfast because you can have your eggs scrambled or fried. Fried eggs go better with grits than scrambled.

The restaurant is nasty. Service extremely slow. Food cold when I finally got it. I actually watched my food sit on counter for ten minutes before anyone bothered to give it to me. I will definitely find somewhere else to go. Don't deserve one star.

Never had a problem with the food or the people. Always fast even when there's a line built up.

The one on university drive in Huntsville Alabama needs to be shut down completely. Bad food very poorly staffed

A Krystal burger is hard mess up but I feel like if I went here a couple more times this Krystal's would screw up. Waiting in drive thru in rush hour only to get to the window and hear sorry we don't have ice cream for the milkshakes you've been wanting for. I wish you'd told me that when I ordered.

Facilities dirty. Smelled like dirty mop water or something..Asked for well done on second round (4 @ a time)- they argued with stating patties on a timer?? [Think they'd cook it twice perhaps?] Anyways meat seemed half cooked.. Ended up only eating 6 while wife could only stomach 3.... Seriously doubt I'd be back.. Drink was a bit off too... Not sure if it was the ice or the dispenser nossle needs cleaned?

Ridiculous.. I ordered a pick 5 and a combo. Order was entirely wrong.. was missing 2 fries, nuggets and a drink. Not going back to any krystals again.. this happens here way too often.

They are a little on the slow side but good burgers. I love their fries and tea.

Sadly they were out of pretty much everything. No Krystals. Chics. No fries. No napkins, having to wait on truck. People were nice though. The restaurant was dirty smeld moldy and the one bathroom stall didn't have a lock on the door.. the owner of this place needs to put some back into it. The one off the exit on 351 in Alabama

Kind of dirty and run down. I had 4 Krystal's and they were o.k. but that's about it. I really miss the Krystal of old, where you ordered in line, they cooked them fresh and by the time you reached the end your order was ready, hot and fresh. Alas, those days are gone😞

They did not give us our fries in the drive-through, found out once we got on I-65. Also, the Southern chicken tenders were dry, not tender, and no taste!

Best customer service in fast food I have ever received. Very cooperative and understanding. Emphasised the "customer is always right" policy. Also, got our HUGE order correct WITHOUT being babysat.

Foods fresh half the time but they are open 24 hours

It suck and I will not be back.

First time trying Krystal and the last time. That has got to be the worst burger I ever ate. Plus the fries were only half cooked.

I ordered 2 number one combos with cheese and one pick 5 with chiks. 2 sprites. I got home. I had 2 number ones. 4 had no cheese. So, wrong off the bat. Then instead of chiks. I had 4 more burgers. No cheese. The sprites were purely carbonation. No flavor. I tried to call multiple times. Seems that their phone doesn't work. The woman that took my order was so rude. I paid $26 for food I didn't even eat and drinks that I was unable to drink. This has happened more than once with this particular Krystal. Do not recommend at all. Save your money or go to waffle house across the street.
